Excellenty organised

We have just returned from seven glorious days along the south coast of Menorca, Cami de Cavalls, expertly organized by WAW. The hotels were faultless from start to finish, all excellently organised. The food was great. Our luggage was already in our room when we arrived each day. I was initially a little skeptical about a digital travel document, but this was very easy to use and we were able to access it every day for our detailed itinerary. Here you will find detailed landmarks and what to look out for, mileage and terrain, hotel location etc. Most hotels were at the start of the route, ready for the next morning, and the hotels were a great selection of what Menorca had to offer. I would not hesitate to recommend WAW and will be contacting them shortly to ask them to organize our return to Menorca to walk the north coast.

Fantastic trip!

During corona time, I called Annemiek from WAW travel on a drizzly Monday. I wanted to walk the North of Menorca and the kids just wanted to go to the beach. Annemiek and Roberto have put together a wonderful 2.5 week trip for us. I hiked the Cami de Cavalls and the kids and luggage were taken to the following locations by transfer. That's how we saw the North and the South ;-). Menorca is beautiful and unspoilt and the people are loving and laid back. They are not called Los Bohemios for nothing. The accommodations were top, the food was great and the transfers were always punctual. The walks were well marked, beautiful and sometimes challenging (35+ degrees ;-)). Walking along clear blue bays, over rocks and straight through nature, my brain came to rest. We would like to thank Annemiek and Roberto for their flexibility and the organization of this fantastic trip. You are the best!

Menorca surprised us!

At the beginning of May we walked the southern part of Cami de Cavalls. The trail offered all kinds of variations in natural landscapes. Coast, beautiful bays with azure blue sea and pine trees. Menorca has surprised us very much in terms of nature. WAW.travel took care of the accommodations and transport of the suitcases to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to WAW.travel who put together a wonderful trip tailored to our wishes.

A trip to remember...

My first hiking trip on Menorca was one to never forget, partly due to the great organization and preparation of WAW.travel. I didn't have to think about anything other than walking for 3 days and enjoying the beautiful Cami de Cavalls coastal route. For questions, Roberto was quick to answer and was also able to provide us with good advice along the way. Our group choose a more luxurious trip and the hotels were really enjoyable. Especially the boutique hotels in Ciutadella and Mahon were an experience in itself. In short, a trip to remember and to repeat!

Reborn after our walkingholiday

The start from Ciutadella with a very nice hotel was great for a lovely walk through the old town. During the hike we had beautiful weather, sun and not too hot. Cala en Porter was also a very nice little hotel. At Cala Galdana we occasionally saw horse riders on the trail, beautiful black horses of Menorca. Went for a swim at Binigaus with its beautiful beach! It was a wonderful walking holiday, away from all cars, etc. Walked in a very varied nature that recharged us completely. Thank you Annemiek and Roberto for your beautifully tour! Carlien and Marcel

Fantastic experience

Walking from hotel to hotel on the Cami de Cavalls was a fantastic experience! WAW travel organized a wonderful holiday with clean and hospitable hotels including luggage transport, so that I could be surprised while walking what the adventure would bring. Along a beautiful coast with idyllic bays, sometimes through the pure and tranquil interior. After walking to the beach, swimming in the azure blue sea or a dip in the pool at the hotels. What else do you want? Next year the northern route of the Cami de Cavalls and once again stroll through the charming towns of Ciutadella and Mahon!

Genieten met een hoofdletter G!

WAW.travel organized for me a perfect walking holiday in Menorca. Frankly, I didn't know in advance that the island was so beautiful. And the water, I've never seen it so blue. The walking path is well marked. And takes you from the most deserted beaches, to viewpoints with the most beautiful views. I was warmly welcomed everywhere, the accommodations were clean and well cared for. I would recommend this walking holiday to WAW.travel to everyone! Nicole, June 202
